2. Products & Descriptions We sell [1–2 products, e.g. “Push Packers and Push Packer Pros and or Ultimate Key Chains”]. All descriptions, photos, dimensions, colors and weights are approximate and for guidance only. Actual products may vary slightly due to handmade nature / monitor settings / production batches. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD and include [state whether tax is included or added at checkout]. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing/display errors even after you placed an order. We accept payment via [TBD]. Your payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card details.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance Placing an order is an offer to buy — it is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order (even after confirmation) for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order we will refund you in full.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier (though we will help file claims when possible). We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size/color expectation, minor defects, or delivery issues (unless the item arrives materially damaged or is the wrong item entirely – contact us within 48 hours with photos).

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability Products are sold “as is”(we will not pass through any transferable manufacturer warranty). We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.), even if advised of the possibility.
